I contacted the company because the new installation from about 10 months ago was not working. The home owner is 82 Years old with dementia. She has been without heat since yesterday. I talked to the owner - Steve only to find out, there was an inspection failure identified on 6/16 by the City of Hillsboro and yesterday, 3/14 10 MONTHS later they came to fix it. The City of Hillsboro provided information on the failure and this company provided different information. While they did send a service tech to check it out in a timely manner, their were more issues identified. The person working on the system yesterday turned of the breakers. When the Tech, Scott/Rob were there, they told me the 4" filter had been jammed into the unit and needed to be replaced. The filter was installed by the company (Stan/Morgan/John) one of them did the faulty installation. Scott tried to do some service recovery for the company but only made things worse. Scot did say he would have a new filter delivered - FREE OF CHARGE - This was almost a worthless gesture in light of all the other issues identified. Blaming the City of Hillsboro and "New Inspectors" Scot also noted this was a sub-contractors (Electrical) issue. It is worth noting I asked for names of the owners other then Steve and they were not provided. After talking with WA Co, City of Hillsboro, State of OR Building Code Division "Minor Label Program" recommendations were made to make this service and safety issue more public. Paying $14,000 to $16,000 for a new system and the way the interactions have been with this company - Beware of what services are provided and make sure your inspections are follow up on. **** With the Minor Label Program, Companies can use these to by-pass the permitting process through the State/County/City. The audit process from the state is a random selection for a local entity to do an inspection. In this case the audit for a local inspection was done and found it did not pass. 10 moths from the time it was identified to the time it was fix is unacceptable. IF they fail with a random inspection.... what are the odds their other work would fail also. BEWARE - It's you money, property and safety at risk despite who's to blame or what the issue identified is. I am checking the warranty and service contract and will cancel ASAP I never want to have their service again. MORE TO FOLLOW

Our 35-year old furnace finally stopped working on a below freezing morning. Checked Angi first, and Steve (the owner) from Earthwise called me right away. Someone came out within a few hours and provided us with two large space heaters. Gave me a quote and they were able to install the new furnace the next day. All the guys were great and Steve kept in contact to make sure everything was good, and also set-up the appointment for the county inspector to come out. Would highly recommend.

We woke up to no heat on a Saturday. After calling the company that we used previously only to hear it would be Tuesday before they could come, we were lucky to find out Earthwise could have someone there within 2 hours. They did! Replaced our furnace on Monday, and meanwhile loaned us two heaters (no charge) to keep us warm. Great people to work with.!

When I returned from vacation, it was very cold outside and I found that I had no heat! They were here within two hours. Fortunately, the repair was easy and they had the replacement part on the truck. I give them 5 stars; they were great and I would definitely recommend them.

24-year-old propane furnace wouldn't ignite. Came out next day diagnosed bad mother board. Ordered and received that afternoon. Came next morning and installed, also fixed old igniter. Cost was less than I expected. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Called to have a maintenance checkup because the furnace was not working properly. It was determined that it was time for a new furnace because of the age of the old one and parts were not readily available. Appointment was easy to schedule, and the installers were on time, and they finished in a couple of days. I would recommend this company.

Same day Service, very easy to schedule or even change the time of service. Service technician was professional, very courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they completed the work and did not focus on trying to sell a new system. I felt all advice to be honest and could not be happier with the service. I will probably look at a new furnace in about 6 years and definitely will contact them.

My gas furnace stopped working and it exhibited symptoms similar to a previous failure (11 years ago) when the ignitor failed. I submitted a request for quotes to Angi.com. Within 30 minutes Steve contacted me, asking if he could help. I said I would research online reviews for Earthwise heating and cooling and then get back to him. After checking online reviews for 20 minutes, it appeared that Earthwise is highly rated so I called Steve back and he was able to get me an appointment for the next day at 8AM. Thomas the technician arrived at 8:08AM which I thought was REALLY good as he came from Gaston to Beaverton. After doing some diagnostic work, Thomas agreed it was the ignitor and he had it replace in less than 20 minutes. The bill was much less than I expected. Additionally Thomas pointed out one non-critical issue that I was already aware of so I knew he was not trying to upsell me. The entire service call from the time Thomas rang the door bell, to the time we finished the paper work was about 35 minutes and now we are all warm and cozy!

They came to our house within a 1/2 hour of requesting quotes. They found the furnace needed to be replaced and were able to do it the next day. Quick and professional. Recommend them.

They were on time and on point. Quick diagnostic and diligence to make sure fix was complete and correct.

Our furnace stopped functioning while I was out of town on business. I reached out to a local shop but they had a 2 week wait. I hopped on Angi and got a call from Earthwise in a few minutes, they were to our home within a few hours. The repairs were made quickly and cost effectively, and the house was warm when I got home and my wife was happy!

Everyone was so nice to work with! They did such a wonderful job fixing our furnace, above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. They were trustworthy, true to their word, kind, skilled professionals. We have found the company that we will continue to work with for all of our heating and cooling needs. Not often do we unreservedly recommend a company, but we will definitely recommend Earthwise!
