Ernesto did a great job with the service of our heat pump and gas furnace. He replaced the filter, checked all circuits and explained extra things I could do to increase the longevity of my system.

In 2020 had to revent a hot water heater due to a remodel. AAA said they could do this. However, after several days they could not. They sold me a new hot water heater that could be vented. The one they replaced was only a few years old and worked great. The one they sold me is meh, but ok for us as there only 2 of us in home. Friday it stopped working called AAA receptionist said she would have a tech call me that day. No call. Monday AM AAA phoned. Said earliest appt Thurs unless I wanted emergency service which would be extra. The heater is still under warranty but AAA does not cover manufacture warranties so I would have to pay entire cost. AAA warranty is 90 days from when they install. My bad for not looking at contract. BUT their bad for their horrible warranty policy. NEVER will I use or reccommend. Now I have no idea how many more days I will be without hot water AND have to find a repair company that handles manufacture warranties. I would give a ZERO if it was an option.

The service was efficient and they were able to find the problem and fixed it, there's no problem after the repairs.

Andrew, the service technician, was fantastic. He was on time, explained what he was checking and why. He saw that the filter was really in bad shape and asked if the air ducts had been vacuumed because of the condition of the filter after only a year. We told him that they were but about 3 months after the installation. He installed a new filter and I will make an appointment to get the air ducts cleaned. He also spotted a small drip or leak and called John and asked about the leak and he was able to fix it in just a few minutes.

They are top-notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are reasonably priced and do great work. The last a/c unit they installed had something wrong with the line at the end of the day, and they returned promptly the next morning and made sure it was up and running before our most recent heat wave. They give courtesy calls every fall and spring to remind you to schedule your maintenance appointments for your furnace and a/c units. The damper adjustment that they did made all the difference in the world to cooling our upstairs. I've had several companies out for bids for both the a/c and furnaces when we were looking to replace them, and have always chosen them for their honesty, diligence, and customer service.

When we bought the house in 2004, the previous owner of the house used them and we just continue to use them. They explain things real well.

A.C. service tech was able to get an estimator out the same day during a very busy period.  Had a new A.C. unit two weeks later.

Workers were very professional. Cleaned after work was completely. Will hire again.

I think the cost was under $200. Just one person came out to complete the service. One person came out to complete the service. It took about 1-1/2 hours.
