About us
Exterior Barrier is a general contracting company that specializes in transforming properties from fixer-uppers into desirable homes. We fix exterior issues like roofing, gutters, and siding. We replace old windows and install new windows. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms. Most of all, we strive to create the most value possible for every dollar our customers invest. Our goal is to partner with our clients so their dreams are achieved. Exterior Barrier founder, Eugene Yassinskiy, started getting involved in construction back in high school, where he took and successfully completed a 2-year Construction Trades program. After graduating, he went straight for his passion, working in various construction jobs. In 2006 he, along with a partner, started their own construction company focusing mostly on siding subcontracting. In 2012 he founded Exterior Barrier and expanded into all aspects of exterior work, including siding, roofing, windows & doors, and decks. Most importantly, Exterior Barrier was founded on the premise of an uncompromising passion for top quality, and as such, the need to be able to provide and control the complete renovation and building process. Today, Exterior Barrier provides a full spectrum of exterior work, and as a licensed general contractor, is capable of taking care of complete residential construction and renovation projects.
