Exterior Barrier is the most professional and highly skilled contractor team I have ever worked with. Eugene goes out of his way to explain the work being done, providing follow-up throughout the project and the final walk-through. And, the people actually doing the work are exceptionally skilled. This was a complex repair of water damage --- and they over-delivered on my expectations. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone looking for siding, roofing, deck or any other exterior work.

With Eugene and Exterior Barriers all went extremely well. Pre ious contractors could not finish project correctly and Eugene came the same day I called and diagnosed solution immediately. He advised me in a very ethical manner to have previous roofer do needed fix with correct materials which they did using the instructions Eugene gave to me. Eugene does things the right way with quality materials and is very professional. I can't say enough about Eugene, don't hesitate, he will definitely do you right! When a few other contractors didn't know what to do, Eugene did!

We had Eugene from exterior barrier LLC come out and replace a couple of hardi plank boards that were damaged from ice. He also put in some flashing around our gutter area to further protect this from happening again. He was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do with great detail, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was polite with answering all of our questions. He responded IMMEDIATELY with every text, and was very punctual. He put great effort to coming out and finishing the job that we were anxious to have completed at our convenience. We have hired Exterior Barriers to repair part of our roof and rotted board behind gutter. They responded and came out to inspected the project on time. They were easy to work with and got the job done even with dryroot complication that was discovered during the repair. Great team! We would hire them again if needed in future.

Eugene and the Exterior Barrier crew are amazing!! They took on the project of remodeling my 1987 staircase, using a picture I gave them as an example. The end product was phenomenal and the staircase is now the jewel of our home. The work was completed within a very reasonable budget, on time (which was an extremely tight timeline), and they kept the work area safe and clean. Eugene managed the project flawlessly from start to finish. Absolutely top notch craftsmanship and work quality. Super respectful, nice, and hard working crew. Awesome - professional job. Eugene and his crew did a fantastic job from the start. He was a perfectionist and used high quality materials and performed high quality work. Eugene and His crew were on time everyday, very hard workers, professional and courteous. Eugene communicated with us through the entire project and made sure we were pleased with the work. He takes great pride in his work and wants it to last a lifetime and it shows as our house looks like a brand new home. Neighbors and bystanders have given us many compliments. Eugene also met with and communicated with other contractors on the project who were installing stone and concrete make sure they were on track with install areas for each service and that materials used by the other contractors not only would be installed correctly to meet the standards required for him to install Hardie siding properly but also that they used high quality material (like flashing as well) in areas where his siding met or overlapped their work. Exterior paint is beautiful - spot on with the color we chose. Would definitely use Exterior Barrier again!

Exterior Barrier worked with the home owner to provide the needed service at an affordable price. Very happy with the quality of work replacing the siding, repairing water damage, and repainting. All work and customer relations were done in a very professional manor.

It could not have gone better. Prompt evaluation and bidding. Only a few week wait to have the rotten siding removed and replace. Secondary to the rain and high heat we had to wait a few weeks to have the new boards primed and painted. Totally understandable given the weather. I would highly recommend Eugene and his crew. We removed a planter box from the front of our house and found rotten wood behind it. When we started looking around our home, we found a number of areas where the wood had starting to rot. Then we found Exterior Barrier and they seemed to look OK. We checked them out with BBB and with reviews on Angles List or Home Advisor and decided to give them a call. They were great! Eugene was able to come by and check out our house right away and he was very thorough in telling us what the cost would be and what would have need to be done. He also gave us a worst-case scenario so that after they started opening the wall what could be involved if they ran into more issues and exactly what that would entail and again what the cost would be. We decided right away that this was the company we wanted to work with. This company and its people do great work. They know exactly what they are doing and have excellent workmanship. They were even very careful around our flowerbeds and spent extra time trying when they were done to trying to make it look like they had never been there. I asked them to look at some other spots and Eugene was very careful to tell what our options would be and what everything would cost ahead of time. If I ever need any more work done on my house I will not even bother to look around, Extreme Barrier will be the first company we call.

Great! The owner Eugene was very thorough and timely in providing an estimate, plan and execution of the project. We needed to get this work done before we get our house painted next month. The owner, Eugene, was extremely professional and thorough in analyzing our project. We had a difficult repair situation as our older siding had been cracked in patches along with a new large window installation. He did the research to find similar type of siding and provide a detailed bid at a resonable cost whithin a short time frame. We really appreciated his guidance and advice in addressing the issues surrounding our property repair in the most efficient and cost effective way.

During the siding removal, dry rot was found in the framing. Eugene sourced leaking rain water from the top of the chimney, reframed the structure, applied a custom flashing to the chimney, and installed siding. He was meticulous in all work performed, an absolute artisan - no exaggeration. Literally the best contractor I've worked with.... enough said.

They are awesome. They're easy to work with, cleaned up everything and did a great job. They also brought all the materials so it was a very smooth and easy process.

Very smoothly. A schedule was set, which the company kept to. The work was done promptly, and the site was cleaned each day. The tenants in the apartments were very happy with how the work went. A porch was added to the front of the building to shelter the entry doors. I was very happy with the attention to details. The work was completed almost 3 years ago, and there have been no problems and no need to call to fix things after the job was completed.
