"I called a few companies to come and look at the floors and provide options and estimates. Eugene came right on time and was able to provide an estimate and what can be done and what cannot on the floor. I felt the quote was right and hired him. They came and did the work as promised. We were unsure of oil vs water based polymer quote. They worked with us to put both of them on a small area so we can see the difference and pick the right one for us. Eugene was patient and understanding of the time we took to make the choices. He walked us through the home after the work was done and adjusted couple of small things as we liked.
