The cleaner who came out did clean the home, however it was not well or to the standard it needed to be. I asked for a move out clean and she was not cleaning certain parts that needed to be cleaned. If I asked her if she had cleaned a certain part she would get angry. She was obviously angry and would continuously call her boss and speak in Russian. Almost passive aggressively working.

The ladies came in with beautiful smiles and were so friendly but professional. They were very thorough and went above and beyond to clean the whole house. Would definitely hire them again. Very reasonably priced as well.

Anka and her crew showed up on time. They very patiently listened to everything that I expected and needed done. They worked very hard and left the place as they said they would… Perfect. I then hired them to work at my other home once a month. I usually do my own cleaning, but Anka and her crew work as if they were me.

Extremely disappointed in my cleaning provided. I was moving out of my home and turning it into a rental and asked for a move out deep cleaning of the home. They spent maybe 3 hours there. Did not vacuum. Did not fully clean the fridge. My stove top was disgusting. Under the fridge was not touched nor was behind or the sides of the dryer. Seemed annoyed when I asked for the cabinets to be cleaned better and the shower. Paid $450 and then when I messaged to say I was unhappy with the service she ghosted me. I had to go back and completely reclean it myself which I should have just done in the first place. No attention to detail, just surface level clean to make it look like they did something. Do not waste your time or your money!

There were a couple of minor deficiencies noticed after the initial visit, but they were responsive and returned promptly to address the issues without hesitation. I appreciate their commitment to making things right and ensuring customer satisfaction.

quick and professional

Supposed to be a 3-4 hr deep cleaning for $580 for a 1400 sq ft house. Three people spent 3-1/4 hours for 10 hours total. Had they spent the full 4 hours I think they would have been more thorough. Skipped some really basic things like obvious finger prints on front and back door and guest bath. Cob webs in door jams and hanging from ceilings. Smudges and toothpaste on the chrome of shower door. Seemed to have skipped one room as ceiling fan was not done and an obvious 6inx6in smudge WHICH I POINTED OUT TO THE OWNER ANKA DURING THE WALKTHRU was not cleaned. $580 is a lot of money for me and I was disappointed. On a positive note the windows including frames were done well but I paid an additional $150 for them on top of the original quote for a total job cost of $580. At least she did not ask for a tip.

The cleaning was good! They were very thorough. They were stuck in traffic so charged extra for that but I needed them to come so was ok.

We needed move out clean. Anca was very easy to work with. Friendly, quick, and responsive.

After other bad experiences with other cleaners , my experience with A&D Crystal Cleaning was a great experience! The communication, the quality of their work is remarkable! Highly recommended!

Comment: At first the Owner was extremely friendly, easy to work with, etc. After my cleaning was complete I was pretty satisfied and told her Iâ d be using her services again. Then I noticed a broken picture frame and a discolored spot on carpet. Initially I thought well we are all human and make mistakes, no big deal. Fast fwd 2.5 weeks later my bathroom flooded and when plumber finally came it was discovered that someone flushed steel wool, causing a back up and $660 bill to clear it. I reached out to Owner thinking she would at minimum apologize and ensure her crew would never do this again. She responded unprofessionally, accused me of trying to scam her and said sheâ d take 0 responsibility. Be aware and DO NOT hire this company.

We requested a move out cleaning. A&D (Anka) was extremely thorough, diligent and left our house in model home condition. She was so thorough that when cleaning the window tracks she showed us that the tracks were removable when she cleaned under them. I would highly recommend if you want your house thoroughly and professionally cleaned, I would highly recommend A&D Crystal Cleaning Service.

I would absolutely recommend Anca and her team! Anca was very communicative and called me several times before the scheduled time to let me know of traffic delays. The work they did was amazing and turned fixtures into "like new" condition. I would definitely re-hire Anca and her team again. They were very professional, efficient and courteous. Would give them a "10+" if there were such a rating on a scale of 1-10.

I hired Anca and her team for a one time deep cleaning service, and she was just outstanding! With so many years of experience behind, her customer service and communication its amazing ! You need to read the Yelp reviews. Anca charges outrageous prices and does nit back it up with quality of her work. We pre arranged this time two weeks in advance..nite before said on schedule..5 minutes before she was supposed to be here texted and said she had an emergency....said it would be 30 minutes....it was another hour before she showed up...with her son...never asking me if this was ok...she spent all her time...two others cleaning with her...on her phone...ordering her son food from doordash... The only positive thing was Cleaning of the blinds...everything else was absolutely horrible...when I left her a message about how the house was left...she NEVER RESPONDED. read the Yelp reviews....I was scammed....she git paid and I was played...look elsewhere or do it yourself. Anca is a manipulative selfish business person...who thinks it is all about her....lady it's about your customers...and I am not the only one all these same issues of tardiness and kid emergencies have come up....I guess this is how she rolls Just be aware. When they are so arrogant that they tell you your 2600 Sq ft house is nothing cause she owns hundreds of 8000 Sq. Ft homes...I wonder if she leaves buckets of dripping water on their hardwood floors as well?! Hmmm not my issue!

Anca and her team have excellent communication skills, professionalism and transparency. When she arrived, she walked through my home, asked me what I needed cleaned and openly discussed cost with me. She wasn't rigid with time like other maid services. She agrees to the completion of specific jobs and the price doesn't change based on how much time she spends on the job. I was able to stay under my budget by discussing what was a priority and what could wait till next time. No job is too big or too small. I cannot wait to have her back.
