39 A crew of four came. The owner & 3 young workers. We are very disappointed in the job. Many windows are still dirty & streaked. Several screens were also still dirty. I have had to re-clean numerous windows & screens. I feel a refund/discount should be given.

I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"
