"[Member Name Removed], I am very sorry to hear this review. I left you a voicemail as soon as i saw this review. I had my assistant clean all the screens and put them back, If he broke some I'm very sorry and I'd be more than happy to fix them for you. If he doesn't let me know he broke something I don't have the ability to inform you of it. That particular employee is no longer with my company. Also, I work Monday thru Friday that way I have 2 days a week to spend with my family. During the summers when my schedule is full I am willing to give up my family time to get jobs done for customers who need the work performed before my next available opening. Because I'm working overtime and giving up my family time (typically on very short notice) I charge a $50 fee. I do sometimes schedule on Saturdays in the future without the fee if that's the only day a customer has available but that is case by case and typically scheduled 2+ weeks in advance. [Member Name Removed], I feel horrible that you feel that I'm not honest because I try to run my business as honestly as possible and I put my customers before myself. If you will give me a call I'd love the opportunity to talk with you and repair the damaged screens."
