Federal Valley Motors

I've been using them for 15 years and they were awesome! I like them because of their honesty, integrity, knowledge and they are wonderful mechanics! They always find a way to help manage that bottom line, if the price is getting too high, they will help you out with that; I never have to worry about getting cheated. The first time we went there, my husband told them that a water pump was broken and he just ask them to replace it, but when they check it out, there's nothing was broken and it was just a clean up. Ever since then I have trusted them. The only negative to them is sometimes they take a long time to finish the job.

I have always had a good experience with Federal Valley.  Sometimes they are pretty backed up and that's their only down side.  But the reason they are backed up is because of their impeccable reputation, and that's worth the wait.  I don't have a recent repair to report on ( thank God!), but I wanted to give them a shout out for all the great service in the past.

The work was done very good and the prices were way more inexpensive than what others were charging. They were able to get done in good time and they were very fair. I was very grateful and fortunate to have them do the work on my car.

The car was stalling from time to time and "just not running right". This is the type of repair that is difficult for the owner to pinpoint a cause. It would have been very easy for a mechanic to say anything and charge hundreds of dollars for any number of causes, and to charge lots of money in "diagnostic" extras. Federal Valley Motors spent several hours on the problem and eventually charged us very little. I actually think they lost money on us after all the work they put in. Sixty dollars later the car runs like a champ. This is a very honest repair shop. I would use them for anything. The only ding is that they are so popular, you can not be in a hurry to get your car back, I have given them an "A" for punctuality because they will tell you up front it could be several days. Otherwise, great work.

I have worked with this garage for 15 years. They have never waivered in their consistent honesty and high quality work. They always explain the problem my car is having if they know and are free to admit when they don't. They suggest money saving ways to fix the problems and are always honest--to the point of their own detriment. I can't recommend this garage enough!
