We couldn't be happier with the job that Aaron and Jennifer from Ironman did for us. We highly recommend them. The cost was also very competitive. The job was done in one day and they handled all the permit issues. The electric company they recommended to do the required grounding was also responsive and reasonable.

The Ironman Plumbing team was very responsive and knowledgeable about our situation. They were able to stop by, scope out the job, and provide a bid within a few hours. Other plumbers had not even returned our calls yet or were too busy to provide immediate service. Ironman plumbing was on site the next day to replace the main water line and put in the extra effort to get the job wrapped up and our water back on! Their communication was top notch and kept us informed throughout the process. We would highly recommend Ironman plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Aaron was here quickly and did a super job of identifying and solving the problem even while having to work in very tight spaces. He was so responsible and professional that we have no problem recommending him to friends.

Aaron from Ironman Plumbing was very respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was upfront about cost and time involved. He was prompt and did the work either himself or with an assistant to help him. There was minimal digging as most of the repair was completed through trenchless boring. The front sidewalk was not damaged thanks to the equipment used. Water was maybe turned off for an hour and a half total. The work itself was start on 3/31 and completed 4/1 since there is a city inspection. Permits & final inspection were done without any issues. A ten year warranty was provided. 

Ironman was one of the companies I asked to bid the job to replace our old leaking water main.  Aaron was very prompt to get us a bid.  I appreciated the detail of the bid and his was a little lower than the others. Aaron pointed out that PGE hadn't been there to do a locate so our plan may have to change.  (The other two companies didn't even notice that PGE wasn't marked.) Aaron had to call and bug PGE to come out and get it done so that he could get started.   But the biggest issue  for us was timing/quality we were needing it done ASAP.  Aaron made that happen!  
We HIGHLY recommend Ironman Plumbing and have already shared his card with someone.  

He is good. He did an excellent job. A contractor did the work and he was the plumber that they brought. He installed two water heaters and both were faulty, so he stuck with me and followed through. He got the third one with a different production number and other two were leaking at the seals.

I called Ironman as a and quot;Pex-certifiedand quot; plumber, and had my phone call returned within a few days, with a followup appointment to get a bid for the work. Aaron was very professional in his approach and the bid seemed reasonable. It took several weeks to schedule the work, but it was eventually completed. It was adequate -- although the drain valves were very inconveniently located, and we weren't convinced that they adequately drained our cabin -- essential to do during the winter months.

In midwinter, we went to the cabin and found that there was no water. After having it checked by the local watermaster to insure that there was water supply to the cabin, we assumed that a pipe had frozen and waited for the cabin heat to thaw it. We ended up trying to reach Aaron, as it became apparent that the pipes were not frozen, but that there was another problem. We called Ironman and left at least 3 messages with no return call. So we contacted another plumber who repaired the faulty valve. Aaron did eventually call us to apologize for not return the first call, and offered to come check the repaired plumbing. We phoned to schedule the recheck -- but once again, Aaron did not return that call.

Two weeks ago, we had a similar problem-- no water. We again tried to reach Ironman -- leaving at least 3 messages, eventually threatening to write a negative review, and NO return calls. We contacted yet another plumber who replaced the faulty valve, and redid some of the original plumbing so that it would be both more convenient and drain more effectively.

Total cost to repair plumbing that Ironman did-- $600.
In sum, I would not even bother to try to reach Ironman for plumbing needs, nor would I hire them again if I could reach them.

We have called him couple of times and he is great. He did suggest that we could have done that ourselves as it was relatively simple. My husband can't do it because he has got some disability that prevents him from doing that. We appreciated the input from him. What I like most about him is that he is right here when we call him. If we call him, he makes time to come out immediately preferably the same day and it is not the next day. He is honest and does the good job. I would recommend him to others.

They were definitely reasonable. I would also say that they show up when they told they were going to. They seemed to be honest. They were very thorough and dedicated to the work as well.

Aaron arrived on time to give us a bid. Provided the bid promptly. Was scheduled out a couple of weeks, but showed up on day scheduled and completed the work in a day. All well done, everything works.

I have used Aaron's services before. He is always prompt, reliable and affordable. I think he is a solo operation because he is always the one to perform the services. I love that about him -- you don't have to guess who is going to show.

My husband called their office on Monday morning and left a message about the needed repair. Aaron tried to call several times and found out they had the wrong number. Somehow he found the correct one, possibly from previous work done for us. When he talked to my husband he explained what he thought the problem was and said he would be out the following day. He arrived on time and fixed the faucets. He only charged the minimum service charge. Faucets fixed!

Aaron is a professional in the truest sense of the word. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He is focused and diligent. It was a pleasure working with him. We found him through craigslist while gathering quotes to repair a shower. Our plumbing has been weak for quite a while so we thought this was a good time to re-pipe the house. After speaking with five or six plumbers, we chose him because he had given us the greatest confidence. The day after we signed the contract, Aaron had pulled the permits and had notified the various utility locators. From that point on he was all business. When he needed help he had a group of guys he could call on for different aspects of the job. He completed the job in about 6 days. He came in on Saturday, for a couple of hours, to tie up some loose ends so he could call in an inspection for Monday. As with many big jobs like this, there were little things that popped up. We found Aaron to be easy to communicate with and quite knowledgeable, making the whole process run smoothly. Aaron is goal oriented, self-disciplined, organized and cleans up after himself. He comes in and gets the job done. Thank you Aaron.

The original bid was in September of 2009 but because of problems with the project (not related to the plumbing) the plumbing was not done until January 2010. The plumbing part went well and Aaron was very good about working with our time schedule.

After cold weather we turned our faucets back on and were surprised to find a small waterfall in our garage. I called Ironman Plumbing that same day, on a Saturday and left a voicemail. No one called me back so I called again on Wednesday. The person I spoke to was very nice, recalled my message and apologized for no one getting back to me. She organized a call out for the next afternoon between 4-5pm. The plumbers arrived within this one hour window and attempted to reach the pipe via the manhole in the garage. This was a very tight fit and could not be done. They then cut a hole in the ceiling, removed the wet insulation and replaced the burst section of pipe. I received an invoice via email a couple of days later, which already included the "$20 off any repair" Angie's List coupon.

It went well. They were able to clear it a reasonable amount of time. The price were reasonable. They showed up on time. They cleaned after themselves well.

The work was fine. They were professional and friendly.

We used Aaron for the last two remodel projects we've done. These were higher end homes that were extensively remodeled. For both the kitchens and baths that were gutted, walls and plumbing fixtures were moved, and in one a master bedroom/bath an addition was done. Our contractor recommended Aaron, and his bid was very good. He took care of everything we needed for both of these projects on time and on budget, and was very professional throughout. We had a water main break on one of the projects and Aaron worked with us to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. Overall it was a great experience and we will use him again on our next project.

Aaron was personable and conscientious; did what he said he'd do.

Ironman's bid was the lowest (just barely) of the three we received. Aaron was able to start sooner than Power Plumbing, the next lowest bid, and promised to be done in two days vs. three to four days. He brought tarps to protect our floors, and cleaned up after he was done working in an area. He worked quite late in order to keep his promised completion time, which we really appreciated. There have been no problems with any of the work. When we later had a problem with a plugged drain we called Aaron and he came out on a Saturday and did an excellent job replacing several feet of blocked drain pipe. Aaron was a pleasure to work with and we recommend him highly.
