He was very knowledgeable. He did a great job. I was very pleased with him and his service. He is very experienced.

I have used this company since moving to this present address. They installed all the window treatments in my home. I will not use any other company for this kind of work. They have my complete trust.

They just came, did the job and left. They came out the next day after I called, so that was nice. I like to open my shades in the kitchen.

Great job of repairing two blinds in  my home.  Professional, courteous, thorough, and fairly priced.  Jeff gave me information about how to best care for the blinds so that the repairs he made will last.

Jeff did excellent work fixing my Hunter Douglas pirouette and silhouette shades. 
He identified and fixed the level problem on the shades. The pirouette was difficult as the
window casing is bowed making leveling difficult. 
He fixed the draw cord connectors and gave me recommendations on how to maintain the shades. 
His stuck with the quoted service charge even though the work was more than anticipated to fix the shades.

I found him on Angie's List and decided to give him a call. He was able to come out within the week. He did a great job.

Jeff Titus was courteous, and efficient.  He knows his business and I will surely use his services in the future,if needed.  This is my first usage of "Angie's List" and it was a good experiance.

The cords on two of my mini-blinds were broken and I could not use them. The owner of the business came to my house right on time and within an hour had successfully completed the job. He was very pleasant and honest about his evaluation of the choices I could make. All in all he really did a great job. I am completely satisfied.

I can't say anything negative and wish I had used him when I purchased my window coverings about four years ago. It would have been far less expensive for me. He really knows what he is doing and is very nice to deal with. I highly recommend him. In each case he was able to come out within a day or two of my calling him.
