"Our entire back patio was demoed and the pool was given a new everything including a new bottom profile, new steps, coping, and tile. We added a safety auto-cover and pit, relocated a skimmer, Hydrazzo pool plaster and porcelain tile patio with channel drains to eliminate water pooling. Joe also faced our retaining wall behind the pool with natural stone and added a set of wide stairs from the pool to the back lawn. We say all this to let people know that Joe and his crew have a broad skillset for anything related to pools and the hardscape around them. They are terrific to work with, professional and conscientious about the property and their work. We highly recommend Joe and his company for exceptional work. I now look out to our pool every day and think what a beautiful space we have to enjoy with our family and friends for many years to come. Thank you Joe!"

"very thorough job of cleaning. the jets were also fixed. It was amazing that they all work again when previous spa companies told us they needed to be replace, only to then find out the jets are no longer sold given the age of our spa. However, all they needed were to be cleaned and Northwest Spa Maintenance went the extra mile to do the cleaning. Thank you!"

"The repair man found a problem I would have never seen if I tried to fix it myself. He had seen the problem on other Maytag washers. He caulked he leak area and the washer no longer leaks water."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Errors in site preparation can lead to structural failures or appear costly midway. Professionals ensure detailed, reliable home base development layouts.

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.

Costs depend on material quality, labor rates, and additional features like lighting or custom finishes.

While concrete walls do not need to "breathe" in the traditional sense of the word, they do require waterproofing and dehumidifying methods, particularly in basements below the water table. Concrete both contains moisture from its initial installation and can absorb water when exposed. Ensuring proper basement ventilation , installing a vapor barrier, and controlling water exposure are all important tasks.

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.
