David was also flexible with the design and kept the backyard from looking like just a quarry with thoughtful placement of the lava rock in decorative shapes. The quote Francisco provided included removal of the old grass, the preparation, soil amendments, fertilizer and new sod for significantly less than the three other quotes I received. After providing us with a prompt quote, he was also able to tell us when he was able to start the project. Imagine our surprise when he was able to come out within days. We hired Green Town Garden for the job and we've never been more pleased with work we received. The job was done quickly, but with care.
