I couldn't find anyone willing to even come take a look. They came out the day after we spoke and fixed the issue in 30 minutes.

Stenya was wonderful. The tech showed up on time and repaired my hot tub within the hour. she even allowed me to special order some jets without having to prepay (prepayment is standard). The parts came in and I went to pick them up, paid my bill, went home and installed them myself, saving me from having to pay for another service call. I would certainly hire them again

Installer did not completely reassemble Hot Tub. Screws left broken, uninstalled. Foam insulation broken off and tossed into (under) hot tub.

Office is very responsive and helpful. Mike gives good advice and does excellent work. We are going ahead with ordering a new cover from them because they deliver, install and take away the old cover for a very good price. We haven't decided yet, but are also tempted to sign up for regular maintenance of our hot tub with Pool & Spa Medic.

Good communication prior to arrival to repair our hot tub. Arrived on time, very competent and thorough. Knows what he's doing, explains as he works. Provided useful information about tub maintenance, future possible repairs. Got our heater working, all in less than an hour. Had to drive a while to reach our cabin, so travel included in the price. We'd definitely use them again.
