It was a pleasure to work with him. He connected me with other clients that had river pools installed so I could see what they were and how they work. He gives complete follow up support. I didn't know how to manage the chemicals, and he taught me and came back a few times to make sure everything was good and finish up a few small things. He tells me when he is in the area and stops by. He kept to his bid and provided an itemized bid. I wanted to have a hot tub type of cover to keep it warm, and he had never done it before, and he tried it for me and it turned out wonderful. He adapted the lifts to work for me

(the superintendent) were the best: knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking, and just darn nice guys! Every interaction and communication with SFW was a pleasure, including their office staff. In the SFW office, I want to single out Jordan L. (head of billing), Lisa (dispatch), and Joel T. (customer experience manager) as being especially helpful and focused on customer service. "They screwed up three times out here. I felt I was overcharged. Finally, I called Oregon Hot Springs, and they came out and verified the leak was still as bad as it had been. They told me I needed a new spa. Emerald called and sent me another bill so I told them how dissatisfied I was and how Hot Springs had pointed out that there was still a kink in one of the pipes. Emerald sent another service tech at no charge and found the real issue and repaired it. The first three quarters of my experience with Emerald was miserable, but the fourth quarter was good.
