"I am so happy that I used Ace Hardware for my plumbing project. Their plumbers did and excellent job and were very professional. They were able to give me a quote, stick with it even though they encountered complications, and finish the job on the same day. Not only that, they were very nice and punctual, explained everything with enough detail that I even learned a lot by having them do this project and even checked my water heater for free. I will gladly recommend them and without a doubt always call them from now on."

"After a brief conversation Mr. Tipton had my service line leak problem diagnosed. He provided an estimate that was comparable to the other estimate I received. I decided to accept his bid because he said his plumber, Hector, was very experienced and would leave my yard in good shape from his digging. He was right? Hector did a great job! I could tell Hector takes pride in his work. I could not have done a better job than Hector did on replacing the dirt in the hole. He carefully shoveled the grass into pieces of sod that I will plant in my back yard. Hector was courteous and respectable to me. So, if you decide to use Tipton Plumbing, ask for HECTOR!"

"scheduled online at 8:50AM. received email and phone confirmation at 8:52. received text at 10:15 saying they would be here by 10:45. arrived at 10:40. gave me a reasonable quote for new water heater and code upgrades from my 28 year old gas heater. had everything on the truck when they arrived. they installed new gas heater and walked ot the door at 12:04. Amazing! left no mess and took old heater with them. and their truck didn't leave an oil spot on my driveway. what plumber, painter, electrician etc. has a truck that doesn't leak?"
