Luis Mia showed up to fix my water heater. The plumber was professional and seemed knowledgeable. He charged me $853 to drain a water heater and replace two heating elements. It was less than an hour worth of work. I called Zach Tipton to complain afterward and he did nothing but make sarcastic smart comments. He does not handle problems well and has no idea how to deal with customers. I finally got him to give me the price for the parts. It was $74 in parts according to Zach Tipton plus a $65 service call. That means they charged me $714 for labor. It says right on their yelp add that "Satisfaction in Guaranteed" that is definately not true. Avoid this overpriced unprofessional business. Update: I called the manufacturer of the water heater and all parts replaced are under warranty. Zach Tipton refuses to file a claim to the parts department so that I can get a refund because "I am a liar that goes on the internet and tells lies". They offer military discounts but he mocked my military and police service during our 30 min phone conversation after asking me what I do for a living.

Zach Tipton is an absolute nightmare. He is unprofessional and does not respect his customers. When I talked to him on the phone he did nothing but make sarcastic smart remarks. He did not want to itemize the bill because the parts are cheap and he was charging a lot of money. The work is definitely not satisfaction guaranteed like his yelp add says. There are lots of Plumbers in the OKC are so keep looking.

Our technician was very thorough and found a clog that no one had previously found, therefore, the problem was recurring. So very pleased with Tipton's Plumbing. Can now live without a "lake' forming in the garage whenever using the washing machine.

Angis quote was for the front and the backyard spigot to be repaired. Which was for $296.00, for just the front yard spigot, they still charged me for the full amount with no adjustment...cannot deal with dishonest operators.

I had a great experience with Tiptonâ s. I needed an emergency job on a Sunday afternoon and first called a nationally-known company. They never showed up. I then contacted Tiptonâ s. They responded quickly and told me everything upfront so there were no surprises. Zac came to my house and was the ultimate professional. Replaced my under-the-sink valves and water lines, was so respectful, and gave me great advice on several other plumbing/home improvement matters. I canâ t imagine how I could get better service from anyone else. Very satisfied!

After a brief conversation Mr. Tipton had my service line leak problem diagnosed. He provided an estimate that was comparable to the other estimate I received. I decided to accept his bid because he said his plumber, Hector, was very experienced and would leave my yard in good shape from his digging. He was right? Hector did a great job! I could tell Hector takes pride in his work. I could not have done a better job than Hector did on replacing the dirt in the hole. He carefully shoveled the grass into pieces of sod that I will plant in my back yard. Hector was courteous and respectable to me. So, if you decide to use Tipton Plumbing, ask for HECTOR!

Zachary Tipton is very unprofessional and sexist. When I asked questions, he stated that he knew most women did not understand plumbing. Within 72 hours of his repair, I experienced the same problem with my drain. I immediately called Zach who responded, Do you want to pay weekend rates. I called a second time to try to work on some sort of resolution and he stated I owed him an apology. Stay away from this company. He is not a man of integrity.

Drain cleaning is not a guaranteed solution or permanent fix. Tiptons does quality work and has a stellar reputation. Yes you did call to get more work done for free and demanded we come out to make repairs that you did not pay for. I called early in the morning for a hot water tank leaking. Louis was here within 30 minutes. Very friendly and courteous, all work was completed With professionalism. I will use them again if I need a plumber.

Our water heater died on us in the wee hours of the morning. We called Tiptonâ s around 7:30 am and they dispatched Luis out to us and he arrived within the hour. He was very courteous and professional, assessed the situation and gave us a quote which was reasonable. He performed the job quickly and efficiently and we were pleased. We would use Tiptonâ s again if we ever in need of their services and we will highly recommend them!
