I have used Perfection Plumbing for the better part of 10 years. I happened to be out of town on this most recent work, but they were able to go ahead and get it taken care of for my tenants and then billed me after. They have always done great work and are very easy to work with!

I was pleased with their service. The price they charge was definitely comparable if not a little cheaper than what most people charge. The guy that came out did the service in a good manner. He connected everything up really well and properly. He notice a couple of things that were not right and he fix those. He added additional thing to bring it up to the current code. He did a very good job.

We had used this company once before and were very pleased with their price, and speed. So when our kitchen drain stopped up we didn't hesitate to call them again. The owner and his son came out on the next day, a Friday, and tried to open the drain, the owner was on crutches and directed his son on how to proceed. They were unsuccessful in unstopping the drain as it had a great deal of grease in it, but poured some stuff in it and said they'd be back on Tuesday when another son could help. We were told that we had a big problem and all the pipe under the sink would have to be replaced, that we had broken collars, plus the d/w drain hose was leaking.
On Monday afternoon we received a call, the guy, not one of the ones who had come before, asked if he could come out and we said yes. He arrived promptly and brought in a lot of new plastic pipe. He went right to work reaming out the drain. After a couple of hours he said he was finished and gave us a bill for $310. $40 for two bottles or cans of and quot;stuffand quot; and $270 for labor. He didn't use the new pipe he brought in, but did replace two collars, I didn't see the collars listed on the bill so I guess they were free. I asked him about the pipe not being replaced and he said it didn't need it, he had fixed it. I asked about the d/w drain and he said he didn't see a leak. I guess the price was fair for the time spent, but now I wonder if anything has been truly fixed or will I have problems in the future. Oh, I found one of the unused pieces of pipe under the sink, guess that was free too.
I'm glad the drain is unstopped but rather confused about what I was told vs what was done.

They always call ahead of time. They get the job done right the first time. They never overcharge me and I have been extremely happy with them.

Lance Morrison, the owner, usually answers the phone and does the work himself. He's a very nice guy, and charges a fair price. I'm so satisfied with his work and price that I continue to use him for any plumbing needs. He's always punctual and very flexible with scheduling. There was one time he had to miss an appointment, but he called and gave plenty of notice.

Perfection Plumbing has done a few jobs for us over the last three years. The work is excellent. They replaced the kitchen sink and the water heater, and fixed outdoor faucets. I like their responsiveness. They get to our house quickly once we call them.
