"We actually hired JLS to do multiple projects: expand our laundry room (removal of a load bearing wall was required), repair a cracked joist in the attic space over our garage, and install a vented range hood to replace our old recirculating hood. Communication was outstanding and there were zero costly "surprises". He and the gentleman that worked for him were both very friendly.
