"I am so happy that I used Ace Hardware for my plumbing project. Their plumbers did and excellent job and were very professional. They were able to give me a quote, stick with it even though they encountered complications, and finish the job on the same day. Not only that, they were very nice and punctual, explained everything with enough detail that I even learned a lot by having them do this project and even checked my water heater for free. "The team was great. Very professional and respectful. They did what I was trying to do (and failing) in minutes. They even replaced a failed component on the new hot water heater that I purchased elsewhere, Becuase of the failed component, that’s what took most of their time, otherwise the work was quick and professional.
