I was very impressed and thankful for the quick response. The technician did a great job and was very polite and took care of any trash as well as cleaned up the work area. He explained what he was doing and showed me the plumbing problem. He estimated 3 hours and was done in about 2 hours. I would definitely use Western Plumbing again.

I had a leak under the slab in my living room and instead of going up and over the plumber went through my floor through this through the cement and left a hole in the middle of my living room floor. I could not replace the flooring he could not look me in my face no one had it in stock. I had to get someone to remove the flooring in my walk-in closet to fix the hole in my floor. It could have been avoided by going up and over instead of through my floor.

". Client was given the choice before work started of re-running the water line through the attic or fixing the slab leak by breaking through the concrete in the closet. She chose to fix the slab leak by going through the concrete because that was the less expensive option. We explained before the work started that we could not replace the existing flooring and she signed the work order after hearing all the options. We did replace the concrete. We did not leave an open hole in the living room closet."

I had a leak from the valves that connect to my washing machine. They charged me $49 for the consultation and $400 to change them out. The guy didn?t even patch the holes he cut into my dry wall and told me to hire a handyman to do it.

"Client was informed before work started that we do not repair drywall that must be removed to replace the laundry room faucets. She signed the work order before work started that she agreed with the amount quoted and that she would be left with neatly squared up holes in the wall that would need to be repaired."

The gentlemanthat did the work did it by himself. He dug my pipes up by himself in my kitchen and laundry room about 9-10 ft. He's is a great guy.
