Intake estimator Taylor quoted $850 low end to $1,350 high end. Said job would take 6 to 8 hours, and wouldn't know till they got behind the wall. Plumber got to our house, then said $2,200, but since Taylor quoted $850-$1,350, that he would do it for $1,700. Plumber was there for 4 1/2 hours.......way less time than what was originally quoted for time and $350 more than the high end of what was originally quoted for price. Additionally he did not tape back up the drywall and just gave us the piece he cut out for us to repair and paste back up. Disappointed.

Your young Man that came out to our Home was a very great person he came in and really check out my appliance and told us what he look at on my refrigerator would have to call Appliance person to fix the refrigerator that all the plumbing is work right to the refrigerator. I really appreciate this young man if everyone would act like him and do their work like he did then we wouldn't have to worry about a person not doing their job right and treating the customers so respectful. This is the best person I have ever had to come in my home and work on any of my Appliance. He is the Best here in Oklahoma City. Very respectful person. They do not communicate well with each other. There is a disconnect somewhere. They move too quickly and to me give the impression they are trying to get by with something. They have and admitted difference with the city inspector, who I met and is a very fair and professional person. They had to come back and redo some work to perform a test that is Required by the city. That added 4 days to the job and caused the pipe to float out of the trench due to heavy rains. They did not want to come on a long weekend to remove the testing device after passing the test, but I complained and the owner came out and made the repairs. It took several days to get someone to come and back fill the trench and clean up the mess left by the red dirt on concrete. I waited a week to see if they would come and remove the 104 year old cast iron section they left half in and half out of the garage bay. I finally called and the responder said he thought the guy that did the back fill took it with him. NOPE. Took 2 days to get that removed. They use a lot of contractors for cutting the concrete and digging the trench and refilling. That explains the miscommunications. I will use **** next time.

Plumber was not knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. Call cost me $59. to tell me he could not fix the problem. I still need someone who can fix a pilot light on a gas fireplace log.

They were fast friendly very professional. Chris and his partner made very lil mess n cleaned up as much as possible. Chris gave us a quote with no hidden fees or charges and was up front about the pricing. Chris tried to give cost breaks where he could and we thank them for that. There are not many places these days will. They went over costs of replacing just parts on old one verses just replacing the whole tank. Since it was bought n installed in 1990 we thot it best to replace it before something else happened to it.. if anyone is looking for plumbers these are the guys you want doing the work. They had the whole 5hung installed unless than a hour..

Chris arrived on time, was respectful and professional and provided a very competitive bid. These guys are great. I needed a kitchen drain clog snaked out under the house. The gentleman arrived promptly and had the job complete in 20 minutes . He was curtious, clean and very professional. I highly recommend Amped for your home repair needs. ð ð
