"They were professional and on time but knowingly left a gap between the window and the door frame. They replaced a fogged window on a patio door. The gap occurred when they were completing their work. I called to report the problem and I was told all we needed to do was to knock it back into place. They will be on vacation next week and would come out after their vacation if they needed to. There was supposed to be a bracket attaching the 2 pieces that was not installed 23 years ago when the house was built. (not at all surprised and FAIR WARNING: NEVER hire Paino and Associates so much of their work on our house was terribly shoddy. This gap occurred as a result of their work, it would seem to me that they could have knocked the window back into place when they noticed the window was askew."

"Contractor replaced the gutter along the front of the house and replaced one of the railings on the steps to the front porch. Both the gutter and railing had been torn off and/or damaged when ice broke loose over the porch, slid down and took out both. Brendon offered to do the repairs for a fair price and got to the work within a couple days of submitting a quote. I'll use him again for a couple other projects at this property in the spring."

I had other contractors tell me I could not get semi circular steps from the back door down to the patio. Rob, who came out to estimate the job, explained why it was no problem. Scott, the office manager, set up and managed the process very smoothly. Alex and his great team did a thorough and meticulous job from excavation to forms and pouring. I also had them repair our garage lips which look brand new. The amazing part is when AQC left , there was no evidence or damage to show they had even been there.
