"Just wanted to thank Kody DeWitt with Home Genius Exteriors for helping us get our new roof. It was long over due and we were not sure what our options were. That is where Kody came in and walked us through the entire process. He got on the roof and climbed up in a tiny little crawspace that I would never get into. He came down pouring sweat but never missed a beat. After he came down he went over all of issues we had in our crawspace and on the roof. We didnâ t know what to expect but Kody is the man! After going over all the issues he broke down the price and payments. It was a bit more than we expected but we knew Kody was not just trying to sell us. He had our best interests at heart. He actually found a way to make it affordable and we didnâ t have to give up anything the roof needed. We were expecting we would have to wait to get it done but he came Wednesday and the roof will be done today!!!! "I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

"When I first had this company do small projects for me, I was impressed with the work, however, as the projects kept being done, he was always in such a hurry. He had so many customers to handle, he did not have time to really do a good job. He replaced a vanity in a bathroom, and cracked the drain pipe (2 inch crack). It was left. It began to leak and ruined my ceiling in my living room. So now all the plumbing and ceiling need replaced at my cost. He installed bead board on another bathroom along with trim. It was the worst job I have ever seen. I sat down and cried after he left. Again at my out-of-pocket costs, I now have a beautiful bathroom installed properly. He needs to be up front with customers that his scope of work does not include plumbing, electrical or fine carpentry. Horrible job..."
