    We just finished our consultation/in-home estimate, and for the first time since we began renovating our home, we feel confident and eager. Darrell showed up with a friendly demeanor and a VERY helpful attitude. He listened to our MANY questions very patiently, considered our needs and our budget, and helped us make good decisions about the brand, quality level, and color of our new floors. He gave us different options and weighed out the pros and cons of each. He also took the time to tell us different ways to adjust prices (eg "you can do_____if you want to save money, and it will cost___, or toy can do_____if you don't mind paying _______"). Basically he allowed us to decide how much we wanted to pay versus how much we wanted to just do ourselves. He was never pushy or dismissive of our concerns. We DEFINITELY felt like he was being genuine with regards to our budget (and genuinely interested in helping us). We can't wait for the work to start! A LOT of contractors won't - and we've learned that it has far more to do with our city's insane permit process than anything else. So thanks for being willing to work in E.C. But above all else, we appreciated the speed and efficiency of their getting the job done fast. Gary was great to work with. His estimate was fair and he never tried to heavy pressure us. Dave's a little slow in coming to pick up the check, but they are both nice guys and they manage to muster a good crew of workers. Our only regret is they they don't do kitchen and baths

    Rick came out and provided detailed description of how flooring is done, provided booklet and samples of stone. Rick was able to answer questions better than the "one day instillation" competitor's salesman. All decorative stone was priced the same. The "one day instillation" competitor has different price ranges for their decorative stone. Everstone owners did prep work to existing garage flooring . I was impressed by this because if the base is not done correctly then this effects the finish product. Edging perfect. Even my garage door installer said that this finished product looks better than the "one day installation" competitor
