We had Nick as our installer. He was very friendly and accommodating. He did an amazing job putting in our bathroom! The whole process took about 3 days. He made sure we knew what to expect on the days that he was there as well as times and how long it would take. We had a small leak right after he left and he immediately came back and resolved the issue. We had some issues come up outside of the install. Everything was handled professionally.

So far a great experience and I haven’t even gotten my shower installed. If you are lucky enough to get Tony Alfano as your Joyce representative you are in good hands. His professionalism, courtesy, and non pressure approach made it an easy choice for myself. I can’t wait to see the great work they do.

This past winter my husband and I wanted to convert our bathroom tub/shower into a shower only. The commercials on tv led to several options of contractors. Having interviewed a few, we set up an apt. with Tony with Joyce. We were not only pleased with his presentation, but the product was high quality, and made custom to our needs. Bailey measurements were exact, along with the master of installations, provided by Paul was even better than we expected. Paul was none stop, very particular, conscientious , respectful and left no mess behind. If anyone is considering a bathroom remodeling, I strongly recommend you give Tony a call.

Transition from tub to shower installed. Process did not take long and was easy. The completed work is great and we love the shower. It is so much better than what we had and they had the design I was looking for in stock. Well worth the cost and not expensive.

We received the wrong shower door on the first visit. On the second visit the door was installed but the finish still did not match the faucets but we decided to let it go. The quality, installation and customer service were good, but the ordering process missed the mark. So, we compromised on what we wanted.

Windows look good. The workmanship was good. Could have been just a little neater on outside trim but it looks good. Neighbors all sent messages about how nice new windows look. Best price I was able to find and I searched a lot of companies. Installed two windows in a few hours. Great job.

I contracted the work and paid 20% of the price, then after 2 months they contacted me and asked for $10K more, motivated by their inability to find concrete contractors, and the slope to my house being too steep;. Upon not agreeing with the new conditions, the representative told me that they will refund the deposit at some undisclosed time in the future. They have shoddy business practices, asking for 10% money down when the contract is signed, and then sending you a letter asking for more money before they touch anything (60% in the last letter), and in the end they jack up the price significantly. .In short, you should not trust these people.
