"They were professional and on time but knowingly left a gap between the window and the door frame. They replaced a fogged window on a patio door. The gap occurred when they were completing their work. I called to report the problem and I was told all we needed to do was to knock it back into place. They will be on vacation next week and would come out after their vacation if they needed to. There was supposed to be a bracket attaching the 2 pieces that was not installed 23 years ago when the house was built. (not at all surprised and FAIR WARNING: NEVER hire Paino and Associates so much of their work on our house was terribly shoddy. This gap occurred as a result of their work, it would seem to me that they could have knocked the window back into place when they noticed the window was askew."

When Mark Capitoni the salesman came to our house the pressure was not there like the other companies that came to our house for customer quotes. So, we went with Solar Windows. I was contacted the night before letting me know when the crew would be there. A crew of five guys arrived on time. They all very friendly and they explained how the job was going to be done. They started the job and were AMAZING at removing the old and installing the new window. This job was completed in approximately 3-1/2 hours! Solar Windows gets the future jobs that we need at our household. Thanks!!"
