"They were professional and on time but knowingly left a gap between the window and the door frame. They replaced a fogged window on a patio door. The gap occurred when they were completing their work. I called to report the problem and I was told all we needed to do was to knock it back into place. They will be on vacation next week and would come out after their vacation if they needed to. There was supposed to be a bracket attaching the 2 pieces that was not installed 23 years ago when the house was built. (not at all surprised and FAIR WARNING: NEVER hire Paino and Associates so much of their work on our house was terribly shoddy. This gap occurred as a result of their work, it would seem to me that they could have knocked the window back into place when they noticed the window was askew."

Both the gutter and railing had been torn off and/or damaged when ice broke loose over the porch, slid down and took out both. Brendon offered to do the repairs for a fair price and got to the work within a couple days of submitting a quote. I'll use him again for a couple other projects at this property in the spring."

I also had them repair our garage lips which look brand new. The amazing part is when AQC left , there was no evidence or damage to show they had even been there. They also had an interior designer on the team to help us select paint colors and flooring (we didn’t know this was included in the quote and was a great added bonus). During the construction, the job site was meticulously cleaned at the end of the day and all the workers were extremely courteous and respectful and I felt safe having them there even with small children in the house. The main guy working our job site was Jon. He was so nice and did an amazing job with all the little details and was extremely professional.
