You can tell within a few minutes if you are going like a saleman's tactics as I had 5 prices from the big window companies. His prices were a lot less than the big companies and I got a better window. About 8 weeks later the installers were at my house...installation is just as important as the quality of the windows and these three guys were a well-oiled machine...meticulous and detailed. The one installer said he has been installing windows for Home Exteriors for 31 years, which made me fell at ease. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
