"On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs. "The repairman came, diagnosed the issue right away and quickly cleaned/repaired my burners. I have mostly cooked with electric stoves so the repairman took the time to show me how to clean/maintain the burners so the issue would not happen again. The only "issue" I had is they do not pre-schedule a time slot. When you make an appointment they call the morning of the service day and tell you what the arrival window will be. This is difficult for many people to balance with kids school drop-offs/pick-ups, taking time off work, etc. I suggest the company consider scheduling the appointment windows with the scheduled day so homeowners can better plan their days."
