    We love The House Doctors and use them whenever we have a home improvement project to do. Mike, the owner, is extremely responsive and really cares about the work his team does. Darrell handled the painting for all of the projects (he had done our front porch earlier, so we had confidence in his professionalism and work). We also had a large hole in the ceiling of a closet that they repaired superbly. It's like the hole didn't exist. Oh, and they installed a ceiling fan in our master bedroom with skill and ease. We can't say enough good things about the way House Doctors handles its business, and we have recommended them to friends. We recommend them to you as well

That's not to say the other times I had my house and garage power washed by Pristine were not done well--they were, but this time I believe the technician (Anthony) deserves a huge "shout out".     We had Jim Grenwis power wash and stain our recladded deck three years ago. It is a very large L-shaped structure with a southern exposure that takes a beating from the sun. On the terrace is a west-facing outdoor shower as well. We needed a restaining with a heavier color coat I chose, and Jim's work was meticulous, just as before, from power washing (June 29, 2021) to restaining (July 6, 2021). We have lots of nooks and crannies created by the lattice work surrounding the under deck storage area. The shower hadn't ever been power washed or stained, and he transformed it. His work is excellent in quality and his pricing fair. He is responsive with call-backs, comes when he says he will, and cleans up afterward. The deck and shower look simply beautiful. I will definitely use him again in a few years when we need to refresh the stain

Patrick came out and washed the house and wow! What a difference! The house looks amazing! It no longer looks like it needs to be painted. His influence made the work a little better, but overall the work was unsatisfactory. Many of our windows were not reasonably cleaned. I would recommend that everyone uses someone else

    They were professional and easy to work with. When I called the office, she was friendly, and gave me the price and made an appointment over the phone. They sent a confirmation of the appointment and the invoice by email, as well as an appointment reminder. The technician came on time and was friendly. He took his time and did a thorough job.     Terrible quality of work even after coming out 2nd time to correct. House is streaky and drippy and looks worse than before powerwashing. And after 2nd time, as they came back 2 weeks after to fix streaks and runs, a stronger soap was used and siding looks lighter so not sure what was used. I dont want to pay for this and will I guess havevto have them come back again but now I'm worried about my siding and what they are using on it

    I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Once we realized that that our ice dams on the roof were causing water intrusion in the house...we had to get on the mission fast. It was Saturday - I wasn't sure if I would be able to find anyone to answer my call - let alone be available to do my job. To my surprise and pleasure - Calvin not only answered the phone immediately - but said that he would fit me into his growing schedule for the day. Which was very important to me as the next day (Sunday) was supposed to be much warmer and a great deal of melting was to be expected. Calvin came through on his promise and got to us later in the afternoon. He assessed the problem (multiple points on the roof were a risk)...and got to it. They chipped away at all the "rivers" of ice, removed icicles and put a great deal of ice melt on the roof to continue to do its work after they were finished. With the sun and warmer temps today the ice melt is working like a charm - and we no longer have water coming into the house. What a relief! I would not hesitate to hire Calvin again or recommend him to anyone. He even followed up today (Sunday) to make sure that all is well. He's a keeper - and has earned a spot in my phone's contact list
