I am pleased with the entire process regarding the replacement of my electric meter base. Jamie, the project manager, met with me and explained the work, wrote a detailed proposal, and was available to answer my calls. The crew was great. They were well organized and very competent. 40 year old, 2Ft.-recessed- florescent- Porch ceiling light would not come on (and always a problem lighting up in the cold winter months). Needed refurbished or replaced with a new light fixture. Electrician had good ideas and fabricated the recessed wiring access to install a new pendant light fixture. He did a fantastic installation job. Well done Great Lakes Electrical Service!!!

It was a simple job, but they came on short notice, had it done in around 30 minutes, they were in and out. Also, very professional! I got a quote from another company which was slightly cheaper, but their customer service was horrible, they did not communicate well at all. Great Lakes service was fantastic!!

A young man named Octavio arrived at my house. Very professional, friendly, explained all that needed to be done and went about fixing my problem. He was informative and extremely tidy in his work. He gave me tips on what could or should be done elsewhere too. I will be calling GREAT LAKES ELECTRICAL SERVICE back to my home. If the rating system would allow me to give them 10/10 I would. Very knowledgeable.

They were able to problem solve a difficult outage problem and fix it with minimal cost. I was very happy for such a great outcome. Thanks they were a second opinion company that previous electricians were not able to figure out. 👍

I CONSIDER MYSELF A SMART CONSUMER AND I DO MY DUE DILGENCE WHEN HIRING BECAUSE I LIKE MANY, HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFIED IN THE PAST. I CALLED GREAT LAKES AND SPOKE TO DAVE THE OWNER, HE WAS KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE. WE AGRRED ON A GREAT PRICE AND THE WORK WOULD BE DONE BY A CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN. WHAT I WANTED MORE THAN ANYTHING IS A PIECE A MIND, SAFETY FOR MY FAMILY BECAUSE IT IS MY PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND THE WORK TO BE DONE PROFESSIONALLY. I GOT THAT AND MORE FROM DAVE THE OWNER AND HIS TEAM DAN AND OCTAVIO. THEY CAME ON TIME, ANALYZED THE JOB SITE, DID AS LITTLE DAMAGE AS THEY CAN, REPAIRED THAT DAMAGE AND CLEANED UP THE SITE AT COMPLETION. THEY DID THIS WHILE BEING COURTIOUS, RESPECTABLE AND VERY WELL MANNERED .
