He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. "Very prompt and professional plumbers both on the phone and in person.  Originally we were scheduled for a Wednesday but they worked me in on Tuesday since I already had the day off, which I really appreciate.
My house was built in 1960 and didn't have water shutoff valves under two sinks.  I had them add those to the water lines for those sinks and replace a faucet.  However, one of the pipes broke (which happened on a different sink with a different company too) because of corrosion on the pipes so they had to create an access in the closet behind the sink and fix that pipe as well.
They even had a very nice little access cover for that which looks really good.  Most plumbers just knock a hole in your wall and leave it like that.
I bought a deal offered for $79 for $200 worth of labor, so my final bill was 301 since I already paid the $79 to Angie's list.  $501 for all the work that was done was a great price in my opinion and the quality and customer service was amazing.
I didn't really have a go to plumber for my needs before, but I do now.  I'll be using them again in the future.
