"Chris communication is by far better than expected. He is not pushy and gives information and helps you with whatever you need. I needed to upgrade my softener system and he sent me messages monthly to see if I still needed assistance and I knew I needed to replace my system and 2 months later, I was ready and he showed up promptly to give me a free quote and then we set a schedule to install. He showed up on time and installed my system. The part that set sent him apart was he texted me 2 days later to verify everything was good. "The sales rep took several water testsâ ¦ The sales rep took several water tests and showed me the results. She told me that I needed more than just a water softener. I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."
