My wife said the installer was polite, professional, and was very careful coming in and out of the house so nothing was damaged. "Keith Votaw and his crew member were very prompt, friendly, efficient and clean. The work that they did installing the water softening and filtration system I had purchased through home Depot was outstanding. He also offered me a maintenance package for the care of my system after I asked him about it. It was great that he di not do a sale to get me into spending more money with them because I bought my system somewhere else."

"The sales rep took several water testsâ ¦ The sales rep took several water tests and showed me the results. She told me that I needed more than just a water softener. I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."
