It was an easy repair but they did a very good job. They have reasonable price and they responded promptly when I called. They did what they said they'd do. The waterline didn't leak since so it sounds good.
They did a great job. The battery backup for our sump pump wasn't working properly. I called them and their tech said he would come over as soon as he could. When he came he hooked up a new sump pump. That day there were 5 people from their company, including the owner, there to help us...
They did an A-1 Excellent Job! Our basement windows were leaking and now the windows are safer, stronger, and, most importantly, water-tight. The guy who came out was courteous, worked diligently, and cleaned up very well. I could not have asked for more from them. Just top notch work.

Very first rain after window was installed got muddy water in the basement the grading around the plastic walls poor not near enough gravel was used soil was pitched toward the house and With a big gaps against the house you could watch rain water flow into gaps running down the basement wall. When I called the owner, he said it’s a drain problem without coming out to look at it. Totally arrogant as if it couldn’t be there workmanship. I had my doubts but nonetheless called Ash sewer and drain to snake the drain. It was stuffed with stones but just as I saw the drain employee pointed out the grading was pitched toward the house and running down the walls of the gaps where the framing meets foundation blocks and said was one of poorest jobs he’d ever seen. Once you pay this company they are not responsive or responsible."
