MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. Not only did we receive sound advice that did cost us more in the short run, the advice will save us even more in the long run. Their attention to detail, customer service and nimble pricing made us feel more like family and not just a customer. Did I mention we have two German Shepherds? They are creatures of comfort. When they are comfy, life is spectacular. Remy and Otto would also like to extend their thanks to MAP for making the inside temperature cozy again (photos included). Well I just got to tell you something. Matt was overall very responsive. Man of his word. Said he was going to do and followed through with what was said to be done. Roof looks great, unfortunately we lost the shower in our living room with the new roof. Guys were supper easy to work with, respectful, clean, and super accommodating. Not tho thrilled that Matt got Ryan but I’m happy Ryan is with a super construction company that believes in customer service. Bob was always overseeing and working which is uncommon for foreman. I wish we knew they did HVAC before hiring the other company. The experience with Matt has us we look forward to needing a new roof again one day. Thank you
