It detailed all the work to be done and the materials to be used so we knew what to expect and what we were getting right from the start. Ashley was a tremendous help selecting paint colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting to achieve the look that we wanted. Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They were very responsive whenever we had questions about the work. They arrived punctually each day and let us know if there was going to be a change in work time. They worked hard and were efficient at completing the project. They were well qualified to do the work assigned and did a great job. Beautiful Basements did an excellent job communicating throughout the project. We received texts letting us know what the next task was, who would be performing the work, and what time they would arrive. We received texts the evening before, or the same morning, if there were daily changes due to unforeseen circumstances. "I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."
