Freedom Contracting completed a bathroom remodel and also installed a new tile floor for us. Overall, it was a great experience. The crew was very professional, worked quickly, and did a high quality job. The price seemed very fair for the scope of work. I would definitely recommend them.

No project goes without a hitch. And they handled all problems deftly. The end result is beautiful and the craftsmanship is superb.

Joe and Rosie did a fantastic job updating my bathroom. Very professional and prompt. Very concerned with the look I was trying to achieve. Even hung a ceiling light and ripped out carpeting (meticulous about finding all the staples) and very precise and cleaning up was spotless. Highly recommend, Brandon was always checking the work and making sure it was high quality!

From the first moment I contacted Freedom Contracting I was blown away by their customer service and quick response. Brandon came to review the renovation we wanted in our bathroom. He was helpful, making suggestions that would suit our needs and our budget. Jeff and Shawn completed the job in break-neck speed. They were professional experts, courteous and efficient. The shower installation was exquisite and the floors are even better! Everything far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. It is without hesitation that I highly HIGHLY recommend them and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Overall very satisfied with the finished product. Brandon set reasonable and accurate time and cost budgets. Jeff and Shawn did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of the project, and were very accommodating with changes along the way. A couple very minor touch ups were needed at the end. The guys were very willing and offered to put in extra time to get it done exactly how I wanted, but I declined as it was nothing I couldn t handle on my own. It certainly wasn t an easy job, but these guys made it look great. Thank you!

Brandon and his team are quality workers and very trust worthy. Brandon is very responsive and addresses any questions or issues immediately. Overall very pleased and they did a great job on our bathroom renovations.

They added grab bars in bathrooms and 2 ramps for a walker. With short notice they also replaced a garden tub to become a walk-in shower. Very solid and a very quick response to our needs in a new home. Great crew.

They finished the job in a fast and efficient manner. The shower installation was exquisite and the floors are even better! Everything surpassed my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom and/or kitchen.

They listened attentively to all my concerns about the project. In addition they helped me select materials as well as did an excellent job installing. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs interior modeling work. They seem to have vast knowledge in a variety of different areas.

Brandon was great. Very professional and courteous. Pricing seemed fair. Would have used them but we received an offer on our house As-Is. I would consider Freedom Contractor for future projects.

Dealing with these people was a pleasure from beginning to end. You basically have one person working on your job from beginning to end. Brandon the owner made suggestions which I was very happy I listened to . He told me ways I could save money and stopped in often to see how the project was moving. You need to check this firm out!

Met with the Owner, Brandon ( 1 (216) 219-1711). As soon as he walked in the door he began to explain how he owns 3 mortgage companies and that they usually don't get involved in investment properties unless they are doing the whole home remodel. He seemed turned off that we did the demolition ourselves. He said they're specialty was custom and full bathrooms and kitchens etc. not the drywall work or cabinet installation I was going to have him quote for our great room. I proceeded to show him 2 or the 3 bathrooms we would have him quote and he again seemed as if it wasn't enough for him to do (mind you we have several projects throughout the house including 1500 sf of flooring for him to quote, a $75,000 budget minimum). He stepped away and talked about his company doing $600,000 home remodels etc. and said it depends on the budget. He only wanted to know the budget not see any of the work. In my opinion this is not the way you sell your company. When I asked them out only for flooring he should've said no at that time. I was so taken back by his arrogance that I didn't even tell him our budget; I knew he was unprofessional and was not a good fit because he didn't care what we wanted done only how much are we willing to spend. At that point I said to him, well it seems we wouldn't be a good fit for you and I don't think I should even show you the rest of the job and I walked him out of my house. I would never recommend anyone using this company, unless you like poor customer service.

They were very pleasant. They showed up when they said they would. If they were going to be late they called. Very satisfied.

Freedom contracting was friendly, professional and produced just want I had imagined my completely new shower would look like. They went above & beyond when it came to trouble shooting. Their follow through was refreshing. I would hire them again.
