"The thing I liked most about this company is that when you call you actually get someone who does the work not a secretary that is there to just make an appointment for diagnosis. I had a good idea of what the issue was and was trying to decide if it was worth fixing due to the fact that the washer is 20 yrs old. Once I started shopping I realized I didn't like what was out there and it definitely was worth it to me provided it made sense to fix. It turned out that several things were wrong but all were fixed (not an easy task) and I essentially have a new machine. "Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "Scott responded very quickly to my call, came out when he said he would, charged me a service fee for the visit that seems lower than other places would. Our washer wouldn't leak while he was here, so to wrote the invoice to note that he wouldn't recharge the visit fee if he came back within 30 days. He came back twice - once to diagnose and once to fix. Every time, he was able to come within the window of time that he estimated, given his other jobs. The one time that he was not able to get here earlier in that window of time, he called and kept me informed of what his schedule looked like. He fixed it, showed me the source of the leak, and charged a reasonable price for his services. I was VERY satisfied with his work and responsiveness."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
