Small jobs welcome

I focus on quality in every job I take on. As a one-person business with 2 years of experience, you'll always work directly with me, and I never cut corners- even if it takes more time or costs me more.\n\nMy goal is simple: make sure you're completely satisfied with the work. I listen carefully, pay attention to the details, and keep you informed throughout the process so there are no surprises.\n\nIf you're looking for someone reliable who cares about doing the job right, not just getting it done, I'd be glad to help. Let's talk about what you need.

"James called me back right away to come over to assess the damaged roof on the same day I called. He was very approachable and professional. Originally he gave me a price to only replace the damaged side but since I was concerned about the noticeable fix he suggested replacing both sides of the gable to make it look more balanced and gave me a fair price. The siding wasn't an exact match (his stock) but the color was close and from a distance you can't really see the difference. It would have been too expensive and take more time to order my exact coil siding. On the day of the work there was an hour and a half delay due to miscommunication by his contractor. James called me right away to allay any worries I had about him not showing and apologized for the miscommunication. His worker was very apologetic when he arrived and did an excellent job installing the new coil siding. He was also very accommodating to help me unclog my dryer vent while he was on the roof. I am very happy with the professionalism and work that James did. I would have him back to help us do our next home project and recommend him to my neighbors."

Gas Grill Installation questions, answered by experts

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.

Depending on the appliance and labor requirements, costs range from $150 to $500.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

Local codes often mandate specific fittings, permits, and vent considerations for permitted function and safety, which are enforced by professionals.
