Great service

Work to insulate house was done effectively and efficiently, with the work being done in about an hour. So far, the house is maintaining heat much better as a result of the insulation installed in the attic.

Paul was very responsive to my inquiry. He asked questions to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed ( other companies assumed). He was understanding and willing to work around our changing schedule. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Great job and great price

I have used this company for adding some blown in insulation to my attic. Prior starting this project Paul was very accommodating and would answer questions . Job quality : The work done was ok and I am satisfied with was done eventho I did spot some low spots which I will fix myself before winter . My concern during this process was that the person applying the insulation did not wear any PPE other then a N95 mask. I kept on smelling for about 3 days . After job completion I called up Paul and told him that I would need an Invoice in my regular mail aside the usual email stuff. He did agree to do so but I have not received this promised invoice. His email Invoice does not include a break down on how much material was used and how much labor cost he did charge. Upon following up he would not answer my calls anymore. I left a voice mail and he did txt me 4 days later telling that his printer was down and he will send me an invoice once it is fixed. 3 weeks passed me asking about my invoice he did txt me that it is the same in the email. Again I have told him that we had an agreement which he should follow but no reaction again. Update Thank you for your reply. Invalid complaint ? As you can read my review it clearly said I have received my email Invoice . This is about you have agreed I would get a paper Invoice. Sorry to hear that for over a month your printer is down ... Anyway lets close this here now since by reading your response to feedback just shows that you just play down customers concerns .

They were very punctual and helpful with answering any questions and explaining the benefits of their products. So kind and professional in all their fields interactions with both myself and my wife.

A home sale was contingent on removing old insulation and replacing it with a newer type. Paul not only responded quickly and maintained superb communication throughout the job, he also explained everything in detail. The crew was clean and efficient and despite an equipment breakdown the first day, Paul and the team got the job done on time. Zero hesitation in recommending this company! Paul consulted with me over the phone providing a much more reasonable quote than a recent door sales group. The workers he sent out did an excellent job; professional, friendly and communicated with me through the process. They found a couple of interesting spots that would be the source of the insulation issues in the attic around the master bedroom. I appreciated their openness and energy while doing the job.
