We went right to the area to begin work and we discussed the flaw in my bathtub. I was hoping that refinishing the tub would be the solution to this problem, but after pros and cons I decided not to have it done. Marlene was well informed, her experience was clearly seen and she was not offended when I made the decision to not have the refinishing done. With all this, I will certainly recommend her highly and use the service in the future as needed."

He seemed so genuine we invited him inside to share with us his and ways his company Ark could help us. Our house was built in 1972 , so improvements were needed. We agreed with his proposal and we are very pleased. Ark replaced our old outdated bathroom and laundry room . It looks like a new addition . Jean was on site every day the was being performed. "We had to call them back a couple of times for one place in our bathroom shower and they came right away. They were very nice and they did not leave a mess. They just came in, did their job, and were very professional. They were also very reasonable and of course everything was guaranteed. There was one place in our bathroom shower, which was the caddy that split and they replaced it. They are coming again this week because we feel that it is getting ready to split again and they want to look at it see because they said they have never had anything like this.
