Could not have asked for a better job. The 4 workers worked well, together and individually, as I could see each one seemed to have a specific talent. They finished in 1 day and everything was cleaned up. The roof looks great and I have already recommended Espinosa Roofing to a friend.

They have been roofers for over forty years. He told us right away that the people who put our roof on were not professionals. I already knew that. They are on Angie’s List and have good ratings. They found four roofs and had to replace some of the sheeting. It was leaking by the bathroom. He wanted his best roofer out here, so we had to wait. He came out with 2 other guys and they did a really good job on it. We have not had anything go bad with it and it even lays better. We have had no leaking and they had to make a new drip edge. I think that the price was really good. They had put a new roof on my son’s house and someone else I know, that is why I decided to go with them. They were the middle price. I think that they did a really good job. I would use them again. I have already talked to them about another job.

This was the lowest bid of three estimates, by over $2,000.00. And Espinosa Rooffing has been in business for over 40 years and has an extremely good reputation.
A few days after we accepted the bid, the crew began the job. The installers were professional, experienced, friendly, and answered all our questions and concerns. They sealed the roof against bad weather, and cleaned up everything before they left for each day. Now that everything is completed, I am sure that we have a solid roof over our head that will last for years and years.
We highly recommend Espinosa Roofing and siding to all our family, friends and neighbors.

Worked 14 hours the first day to get old roof tore off and and make it watertight before going home.Secondary showed up before I left for work and had the job done before I got home
