"We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!"

Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install. "They responded quickly and seem honest which goes a long way with me. they gave us several options. We are still waiting on the new furnace, but they were up front with that also. What told me a lot about is that that a hand shake was good enough(although we couldn't shake) . We will see how the work goes I believe it will be fine. that is why I gave a 5"

Hi! I am a chemical engineer specializing in industrial utilities by trade who enjoys fixing and building things in my free time. I offer services such as furniture building, home appliance repairs (ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, water heater, A/C, furnace, sump pump, etc) small scale plumbing or drainage projects/repairs (exterior storm water drainage, pvc/copper piping- I do not do cast iron, faucets, etc). I can install new appliances, but might need help lifting and setting the appliance (I do not dispose of old appliances). "I was advised by another HVAC service company that I needed to replace the condenser motor and fan on our cooling system. I was provided an estimate in excess of $1,000. So, I opted for a second opinion. I contacted Kirk Wiesman at New Climate. Kirk evaluated the unit that same day and stated that it is difficult to predict when the motor may fail. With young children in my home, I prefer to error on the side of caution and wanted the motor replaced if I could afford to do so. Kirk stated that the fan was fine and did not need to be replaced. As promised, Kirk provided later that same day an estimate to replace the motor ($393). We agreed upon a date and time for the work to be completed. Kirk showed up on time and installed a direct replacement (original equipment) motor.  Kirk explained the charges, which matched the estimate.  Kirk also explained the warranty on this work."
