The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

I gave him lots of specification and drawing. Spoke to him and put it all in writing so we were clear. People buying services often do not do that. Tom Dugan read it and looked at it and we talk about it and HE DID IT ALL PERFECTLY. PS He is not a friend or relative but I respect him as a craftsman and artisan."
