"It took some doing to get them here, but we finally prevailed. The first time Randy forgot to put my appointment on his calendar. The next time the young man who was coming - Brandon, his grandmother passed away and we rescheduled for the next week. Once here, Brandon was prompt arriving at 8:00 sharp. He worked steadily until his lunch break and then came back to finish up. Each project went as follows: 1) Drywall - well done; however, we are waiting to set-up an appointment to get a couple of ceiling areas popped. Randy - call me! 2) Refrigerator hose - well done 3) Sink stoppers - Brandon went first to Lowe's and then Home Depot and wasn't able to find stoppers that fit our sinks. 4) Windows - This is something that Brandon wasn't able to do. After speaking with Randy I found that windows are out of their wheelhouse. Brandon took care to vacuum up the mess from the drywall and leave everything as he found it. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
