"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. "Taking advantage of a Big Deal, I signed up on line for Mr. Rooter to clear the drain. Within an hour, they called to set up an appointment.. It happened that they were available the same day and the time set was 2-4:00 PM. Dave arrived within that time period, without calling first but I had mentioned that I would be home all day. The basement kitchen drain had been plugged for over a year by visitors who said they had put coffee grounds in it. The pipe was unusually small and previous attempts to put a snake far enough into it were unsuccessful. Using the smallest electrical snake on the truck, Dave cleared the line very quickly and the drainage rate became fine. Then we reviewed other possible plumbing issues and agreed that all was well.
