"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. It happened that they were available the same day and the time set was 2-4:00 PM. Dave arrived within that time period, without calling first but I had mentioned that I would be home all day.
