"Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

"Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. "We attempted to get estimates from several companies and Rob was one of the two that came out when scheduled, made suggestions and gave us options for our project. His ideas turned out to the be perfect solution for our needs. Although other companies told us our project was too small, he worked us into his schedule and upon completion of the work he inspected both the walkway and the patio. He found an issue that we would have been unaware of and had it rectified to his high standards. We were thrilled to have a perfectionist on the job! The crew was also professional and courteous."
