"I purchased a 160 year old home 2.5 years ago. It has 3 fireplaces. Mid Valley just repaired the one in my living room and they did a fantastic job. The hearth needed to be replaced and they were able to save the old brick to use on the top so that it still looks original to the fireplace. They also lined the chimney with a new stainless steel flue and repaired the fire box. I put a fire in it on Saturday night and it was wonderful. I will definitely be hiring these guys to repair my other fireplace, as well as for general masonry work. I highly recommend their services."

"I hired Doug's Homes Services to replace a rim joist under our patio door that had water and termite damage. Once they removed the door, they realized that other wood needed replaced as well. They worked on it until everything was replaced and reinstalled the patio door. They kept me updated during the job. Doug charged a reasonable rate, and I was very impressed with their work. "Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. While painting can certainly change the look of a chimney, you should think twice about giving your brick chimney the old landlord special.
