Dugan Concrete

Tom and his crew just finished replacing our 30 year old front porch. We expanded it and added stamped and stain to it to update the look. It turned out better than I expected! So pleased. Tom is professional and kept us updated as to schedule and timing. I find it really hard to find an excellent contractor that is reasonable, professional, and does great work. So glad that we found Dugan Concrete. We will be using them in the future for more concrete projects.

Great crew and very good work. Professional, hard working, good relationship with the concrete compary so driver was happy to be talked into putting the truck where it needed to be. I have 50 years of experience and too old to do it any more. There guys do it the old fashion way like I always did it. I had some of my own equipment. They clean up and returned all of my stuff after the job was done and concrete was cured and uncovered. I will be using them again. I have always pulled TEST SAMPLES Beginning - Middle and End of a pour. Not with Tom Dugan. As an untrusting man, I trusted Dugan. I will have another 20 year's to pour in the late spring. I gave him lots of specification and drawing. Spoke to him and put it all in writing so we were clear. People buying services often do not do that. Tom Dugan read it and looked at it and we talk about it and HE DID IT ALL PERFECTLY. PS He is not a friend or relative but I respect him as a craftsman and artisan.

Dugan Concrete is a very reputable Company. They did an excellent job repairing our driveway and our sidewalk. They were very professional and did an amazing job!! We did get our share of estimates but felt confident going with them..They weren't the cheapest but well worth the little extra. They definitly will not disappoint you.

Results were excellent. Tom and his crew tore out the old driveway, removed all of the debris, then poured and finished the new driveway. Their finished product was truly exceptional. Tom had done some work in the past for us which was equally great. I would recommend Dugan Concrete for any job, large or small.

Everything was completed on time and the quality of the work was flawless. Its nice to see there are still contractors that take pride in their work and pay attention to details. If I have future concrete needs, I wouldn't consider anyone other than Tom Dugan.

Excellent work. Scheduling was tough as expected because of constant spring freezing and rain, but they eventually fit us in. Did all the work in less than a day, including taking out old concrete, building forms, and the pour. All work looks great, and the finishing work was really nice. Great crew!

Tom did an amazing Job cleaning up the mess left behind from and earlier contractor that skipped town with our money. Tom was extremely understanding of our frustration, and doubt with contractors. Tom and His crew did not disappoint! They started at 7:30am with a convoy of trucks and the proper equipment to get the job done. Tom had the Job knocked out in two days.

This was the best company I had ever dealt with. Very prompt and all the employees were very courteous. The work they did was top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Work was done while we were on vacation. Pictures were sent throughout the week showing each step completed. We were very pleased with the quality of work and the integrity of the workers. Will definitely use again.

We couldn't be happier with Tom Dugan and his crew. All of the above-mentioned work is gorgeous...our neighbors have been continually stopping us to compliment it and get Tom's contact info. All of his workers were meticulous in detail, and very clean. He even returned to patch up minor and structurally insignificant cracks in our foundation that were there long before he began work, were of absolutely no fault of his, and had nothing to do with the jobs we hired him for. It should be mentioned that the work on our porch was a very difficult job, which Tom handled fantastically. The foundation of our house in the corner under the porch had failed, and two years ago, we had that fixed, but the porch was left barely functional. To make matters more complex, under the porch is a storage room. So not only was the foundation a problem, work had to be done for a porch that doubled as a ceiling. One person we got an estimate from flat-out stated this was too complex a job for them. Tom assessed the situation immediately, and the plan he returned in the estimate worked perfectly.

Excellent experience.  I had an extra driveway poured and they did a very professional and quality job at a reasonable price.  They also cleaned up when complete. Will definitely use them in the future.

Great. Tom was very accommodating and prompt to reply to questions through the process. His crew arrived on time or early and left the area clean throughout. They did a stamp with border and curved shape. Looks great!

From beginning to end, our experience with Tom was 100% positive. 
Tom always returned phone calls promptly and delivered estimates when promised. He came to our house twice to work on estimates and was here when he said that he would be both times.
After I modified the work request, Tom offered to stop by a second time just to be sure that he understand what we were wanting so that there was no confusion with the request; he quickly updated the contract and estimate after we made our final decision on the work that we wanted done.
For the actual project, the communication was great and he gave us daily updates and communicated clearly about any weather delays and what the updated ending date on the project would be.
He offered great advice on a stamping effect to achieve the look that we wanted while working within our budget.
Lastly, Tom removed a dead electric pole that was next to our steps and also re-glued the cap on our porch pedestal, neither of which was part of the main job but two extras that he included while he was doing the rest of the work.  
Of the three estimates that we got, Dugan Concrete was the most expensive but we went chose Tom due to our confidence in seeing examples of his work and due to his professional communication. Also helpful was his listing with the Better Business Bureau. 
All of our neighbors were so impressed with finished job that they asked for his contact info for future jobs.

I called and left a message.  He called me back in a resonable amount of time.  He stated that it could be 2 weeks before he could get to it as it was a small job that he would need to fit in to his schedule when he could.  I stated that would be fine.  He gave me an estimate over the phone based on the square footage of my patio.  He then called me a couple of days later saying he could do the job that Sat. morning, which was great for me.  He came at the appropriate time and quickly did the job. He took his time to make sure he got the sealer in all the cracks and even glued down a piece of loose concrete first.  We are very happy with the job he did.  The patio looks 100% better than it did.
