"Kyle did a great job of tackling the issue that the previous repair company didn't want to deal with. He spoke and dressed very professionally and didn't try to upcharge me for services that were unneeded. I feel like he is someone who I can trust and spent his time well working the entire time he was here. He seemed very knowledgeable about the issue and how to tackle it. I'm worried about other companies who just try to sell a new unit rather than fixing them. I'm glad to say that he didn't try to sell a new unit but to repair the one we had. He spoke with us about the many options that we could have done so we could decide ourselves how we wanted to proceed. Definitely a must hire, and top of my recommendations list. The best thing about hiring him was to see someone of the younger generation getting into the trade skills. I'm glad to have him and hope he is around to be my long-term repairman. He even spoke with us after the job was done when I had questions about a furnace and how much new ones cost. He didn't try to push me into a sale but answered my question with a smile."

"After failing to fix the furnace correctly the first time, the attempt to have them come and actually do the job they were supposed to do has been a disaster. We submitted a request through the AHS warranty, and gave them a (707) area code number, which they were able to to call to schedule the service. I was then called by a very friendly woman who asked me which phone number they should call day-of service. I gave her my (614) number. We had a window from 1pm-5pm. Day-of I check my email and see that the tech is on his way at 11:15am, and would arrive at 12:15am. Just after 11:30, I see that the tech is "on the job." I texted him and said I was on my way. Rather than stay, he chose to "leave town" and leave us without a furnace...for an entire weekend. The woman answering the phones LIED saying the only number they had was (613) area code--yet the day before they called our (707) number and then specifically asked me for my (614) number. She hung up on me twice, lied repeatedly, and made no effort to solve the problem, even though the fault was entirely ON THEIR END."

"David was great. We determined the source of the water leak was a seam at the back of my Bradford and White water heater (1 of 2). After discussing options to replace both water heaters and choosing a couple of add-ons (electric anode rods and a membership) we questioned whether or not the water heaters were still under warranty. David determined they are under warranty, so all previous decisions were revisited. David didn’t flinch and quickly determined how we could move forward, and provided me with a new quote (labor) and timing for the replacement. The new water heater (decided to replace only the defective one) will be replaced tomorrow (Sunday). We’re looking forward to it. Thanks, David, for all of your help!"
