90 Chris was very quick on determining what the problem was but also did a complete inspection and pointed out other areas that needed repaired. We will be hiring him again to replace some old equipment. Great service and explained what he would do in detail . Very courteous.
The plumbers came out found the issue and provide a quote. Asked for them to schedule with tenants which they did. Fixed issue repaired drywall and painted. Great job would use again.
